How do I find my way back to Hormone Balance?

Yoga offers a wide spectrum of tools to address particular needs and relieve a wide variety of problems.

The greatest challenge lies in the recognition that the true healing effect can only take place if one's yoga practice is regular and specifically applied to the condition affecting the practitioner.

In my workshops I delve very slowly and meticulously into the problems which present themselves as a result of hormonal imbalance. With each participant, I develop a home practice program that enables them to further practice on their own.

The problems addressed are:
